Phone calls

What happens to the information you give on a call

The dispatch line asks for your street address, ZIP code, phone number and a description of the problem. That information is passed to the plumber the call is routed to so the plumber can reach you and do the work.

Calls may be handled through a call-tracking or telephony service that logs details such as the number you called from and the time of the call. Ask the dispatcher if you want to know how a particular call was recorded.

Other companies

Google Fonts and the embedded Google map

Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, and some pages embed a Google map. Loading them sends your browser's request, including your IP address, to Google, which handles it under its own privacy policy.

The map appears only on the home page, the contact page and the neighborhood pages. The other pages do not embed a map.

Children's privacy and changes to this policy
